Consequently, when employees violate the rules of discipline, they jeopardize not only the interests of the employer

OptimizeX believes that well-disciplined employees are essential to responsible corporate citizenship and to the success of the organization. Thus, it promotes an environment that fosters and maintains a high level of discipline among all employees. OptimizeX expects employees to observe reasonable standards of conduct in the performance of their work, in their relationships with co-employees, and in their dealings with clients, customers, the government, and other key entities. For this purpose, the Company has established certain standards of conduct which is consistent with OptimizeX’s corporate values, objectives, as well as government rules and regulations.
All employees are therefore expected at all times to be aware of and comply with the Code of Conduct and Discipline (COCD). You are also expected to cooperate with any inquiries or investigations concerning possible or suspected violation of this policy. Accordingly, an employee’s failure to fulfill his or her responsibilities under this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and possibly including immediate termination.
